Congrats if you are reading this post. Because you took out time to search and find out about the methods. This actually ensures that you care about yourself which is an excellent quality in today’s world. I won’t hit around the bush and will move straight to the probable steps you might take up. Just a word of caution as always, I am not a doctor nor a medical student. Hence do not consider these steps to be an expert advice. If you really feel you need an expert opinion, you must visit a psychologist or a psychaitrist if things get pretty serious. The steps and methods mentioned here are merely a reflection of my personal life experience.

  1. Sleeping for 7 Hours is a must
Scientifically, a normal human being must sleep for 7 hours a day on an average. Ideally doctors will ask you to sleep early and wake early. Ofcourse we are well aware of the nursery poem which said ‘ Early to Sleep, Early to Rise. Makes a Man Healthy, Wealthy and Wise ‘. But let’s face it, even doctors who will advice you to sleep early were anxious before their exam night and probably stayed up late to complete their syllabus. Practice what you preach is very essential. I don’t practice early to bed every night. For me it is subject to various conditions.
Here’s what I do and I will advice you to do: – Sleep at any time of the day but do complete your 7 hours of sleep. If you slept for 4 hours or even less at night, try to compensate the remaining hours after Lunch ( or even while travelling in your car like me )
Reason: – I am sure most of us have slept less than 2 hours at night once in their lifetime. Do you remember what you felt in the morning? Restlessness. Well, it is even more dangerous for people like You and Me who love to stay in front of TV, LAPTOP and SMARTPHONE screen for one reason or the other. For me, it is my passion. For you, it might be your job or even as dangerous as an internet addiction ( Google to know more about Internet Addiction or wait for the next article ). Ever heard the term ‘ cyber sickness ‘ or ‘ digital fatigue ‘ ? Sleeping is not a remedy but could surely help restrore your energy and enthusiasm to work efficiently and participate in day to day life activities with vigour.
  2. Research like a mad-man for career opportunities
So we live in the world of internet where it is not just all about liking Facebook Pages sharing most funny memes. We live in a world where there is an excessive supply of unlimited expert opinion available for free. If we don’t use it, who will use it then? Go and Research like a Mad Person. When I was waiting for my JEE advanced and CBSE 12 results in 2014, I devoted at least 3 hours of my day regularly to reaserch on future educational opportunities. How does it helps? At the surface level or call it ‘ on the face value ‘ it helps you to be aware of various career opportunities at various percentage of marks you may acquire. Deep Inside subtly it helps to Programme your Mind that whatever be the marks, it will never be the end of the world.
  3. Have Plan ‘ A ‘, Plan ‘ B’ and upto Plan ‘ Z ‘
I got 92% in Science ( Class 12 best of 5 ) with Physics, Maths, Bio, Chem and Engish. And believe it or not, I even made plans to go for English Honors ( though my parents don’t know about it till date :p ). Eventually I ended up studying at IIT Kharagpur. And even today I have plans to do a course from British Council if it all goes wrong. What’s the catch? My parents have always taught, it is never the end until you accept it is the end. That doesn’t mean that I don’t feel broke or low at times. For example, establishing a blog like this one takes a lot of hardwork followed by temporary or even permanent failure. It really drains me when I see one of my blog fail after devoting 1000s of hours of work behind its growth. But I have the mechanism installed in my mind to learn from my mistakes and restart again. Because I know life is long. If Colonel Sanders can start and suceed in his life at the age of 65, there’s no point in giving up at such an early age. Who knows may be your next effort could exceed even the success story of Colonel Sanders’ Kentucky Fried Chicken a.k.a. KFC – finger licking good.
  4. Ignore ‘ relatives ‘ and so-called ‘ Friends ‘

You know this right? 😛 Life Cycle of Relatives: – Class 10, Class 12 and Marriage. Suddenly it will feel as if you’re the next Salman Khan or Katrina Kaif due to the excessive attention of your Relatives. Although I will never encourage you to argue with them, try to learn the tricks and tips to handle a situation maturely. Know the ways with which you can ignore them without making them realise you are doing it. Undoubtedly the next generation is always smarter than the previous so I leave this on you to experiment. But don’t hurt someone unnecessarily. Please!
How to identify the So-Called ‘ Friends ‘, they will always bring up the topic of exam results out of the blue and will share with you his/her tension. Well it might feel you’re helping these friends by giving a space to vent out their emotions. In reality it subtly programmes your mind to feel the panic as the exam results approach closer.
  5. Talk to your Seniors ( and Experts if possible )
Although Google is good enough to let you know about career opportunities, it is always preferable to approach a senior who is currently a student of your potential future college or institution. Why? Well I’ sure you’ve heard about Paid Media in Politics and Entertainment Business. New Information for you, paid media also exists in Education. So, google is only good for knowing about new opportunities. Always verify the college culture by talking to the seniors of the college. Looking at the alumni profile and approaching them at times might even help. Don’t shy away from approaching unknown people just because they might turn you down. Give it a try even if there’s 1% chance present.

Wew….. you can search in Google for all other Green Vegetables, Lots of Water and Don’t Give Up tips. I don’t like to write just for the sake of writing so will leave it to you and Google Search Results. Hope these tips about fighting exam result stress have helped you strengthen your will power. Peace !

FACT #1: – Depression and Anxiety are totally different from each other.

Depression and Anxiety – Poles apart. It is meaningless to try and differentiate between them because they don’t even share a single characteristic with each other. Hence, rather I will try to explain the basic definition and symptoms related to Depression and Anxiety one-by-one. Word of caution as I always say, none of this should be considered as a study material for your medical exam because I am not a Doctor :p

Depression: –

Well, as per Google, doctors refer to Depression as ‘ Major Depression ‘ or ‘ Clinical Depression ‘ and it also has a serious definition to support the same. Let’s keep those Medical Jargons aside for a second and look at it from the perspective of a common man. ” Depression in my words is a mental condition where the person loses the interest in his/her life “. In other words, a condition of hopelessness and despair ( and many even show conditions of anger ) which affects the efficient completion of day-to-day tasks in life ( naturally it would ).

Most people having Depression carries a sense of carelessness about his/her future.

Anxiety: –

Google disappoints me so much when I tried searching for Anxiety. Here’s what Google has to say about Anxiety, ” a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease about something with an uncertain outcome. “

Okay, you’re right Google! But this is not good enough to understand why is it different from Depression. Here’s my way of explaining it: –

Excessive Fear of the Unpredictable Future

You can compare the mental condition of a person having anxiety with an animal trying to fight for its life in the wild. People having Anxiety are not careless about his/her future like a patient with Depression. Rather, they are really worried about the same without any legitimate reason. They will have a tendency to magnify the inevitable obstacles ahead in their life. Such a condition affects daily life and relationship. The person might even end up leaving the house and his/her job if he/she realises that nobody else cares for their condition.

Fact #2: – Anxiety has Physical Symptoms, Depression doesn’t

Symptoms of Depression: –

Loss of Interest and Enjoyment in Usual activities, lack of energy and difficulty in concentrating on the day-to-day task. Although depression doesn’t shows physical symptoms. Neither does it trigger any other health disorders. Yet depression is actually worse than having anxiety. Firstly, lack of physical symptoms actually makes it difficult to diagnose depression without a professional check-up. Secondly, you already know it…. yeah we are talking about BRAIN.

Symptoms of Anxiety: –

Person Suffering from Anxiety goes through severe appetite changes, headaches and sleeplessness. Not just that, anxiety even triggers few other minor health issues including sweating, irregular heart rate (or pulse rate), bowel issues and hyperventilation.

Fact #3: – Reason for Confusion: 85% Patients of Depression Diagnosed with Anxiety

Damn! I wrote it all in the sub-heading. Now I have nothing to write :p

Actually, there’s one more extended reason for the same. Since 85% of the patients who are diagnosed with Depression are also diagnosed with Anxiety, the treatment for both of them are quite similar. I know you’re smart enough to guess the reason behind so I won’t clarify it anymore. ( Hint: – Time and Money are invaluable commodities )

Source for 85% theory: – PyschCentral.

Want some Drugs?

I know you don’t. And don’t think I am supporting self-medication just because you came across this section written by me. Never ever go ahead with Self-Medication.

Actually, I came across this useless information during my extensive research which I normally do before writing an article ( call it a blog post, same). Then I thought, what’s the use of an unshared information in the world of Internet. So here we go:

Several drugs are available for treating depression which most commonly includes Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs) like Lexapro, Luvox, Paxil, Prozac, Zoloft, Cymbalta and Effexor. Also, Tetracyclic Antidepressants including Remeron, Elavil and Sinequan, drugs with unique mechanisms such as Wellbutrin and Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs) like Emsam, Nardil and Parnate are used to treat patients suffering from Depression.

As clarified earlier in the article, many of the drugs used for Depression is also used to treat Anxiety. Well, its one of the reason why people normally manage to merge these issues with one another.

WARNING – Personal Opinion: How to treat Depression & Anxiety?

I am not going to bore you with comments like Go to a Doctor, Have Medicine, Regular exercise, Discipline in Life and Green Vegetables Bullshit! Let’s be practical, how on earth a person who had never led a life in discipline is going to change in one night? Well, I had never been a patient of Depression or Anxiety ( or let’s say I never went to a doctor to diagnose the same :p ). But here’s my unprofessional opinion which is VERYYYYYYY RISKYYY to try at home without parent’s guidance.

  1. Learn about Depression Online

Which you already did, I am so Proud of you!

Only if I looked so CUTE 🙁

  2. Kick Yourself out of your Home

Preferably after finding a partner in Crime(Friend, GF or BF). Go and enjoy a Weekend for no reason.

  3. Poke Your School Friends on FB

  4. Go, Play and Win a Game of Ludo

And rejoice the positive energy which comes from winning or achievement.

  5. Always remember, you’re here on Earth for a Purpose

Find it out, everybody has a role to play. Giving up or being afraid of the future is not going to change your destiny.

Let’s Finish This Article …. my hand is paining

Earlier today I was reading a book where I came across this lovely quote

Failure Never Stopped Anybody who Didn’t want to be Stopped

]]>
I know how it feels. And believe it or not, most of the people around you knows it too. Because almost everyone in their lifetime had gone through a severe heartbreak. On that note, it is important to ensure what kind of a HeartBreak are we actually talking about here?

I am not only talking about heartbreaks which are caused by your Lover, Girlfriend or Boyfriend. Not even just including heartbreaks due to someone from your family members like Parents, Spouse, Children or Siblings. Here in this article, I am referring each and everyone who had felt being cheated, betrayed or hurt due to anyone close to their heart despite any mortal relationship in existence with the person or whatsoever. How much does that include? Everyone in your life with whom you’ve developed an emotional relationship at any level. Friends, Family, Teachers, Workers, Lovers, Employee, Employer, etc. whoever had made their way to your heart is to be kept in mind while reading the following article.

Here it is important to mention that I am not a professional psychologist or a psychiatrist or any kind of a person whose opinion has to be judged or accepted as the correct methodology. Not just this article but each and every article written by me is merely an attempt to guide you by sharing my own life experiences without trying to preach anything or anyone in any manner.

  1. Firstly, do not keep it to yourself. Always try to seek the second best person ( considering the best person in your life has broken your heart ) of your life at any cost and share everything with him or her. This might be your Mother, Father, sibling, friend, best friend, lover or even your grandparents. This might sound crazy but most people have full knowledge and ability to solve their own problem. At times, all you need is an unbiased pair of ears to reflect your own situation. I do not ignore the importance and vitality of doctors while dealing with heartbreaks or any such similar delicate situation. Yet it is true that many people fail to recognize that one person and end up paying heavy fees to the doctors who are nothing but a ‘paid-version’ of the same old school ‘unbiased pair of ears’. [ Hopefully, soon I would come up with an article which will share how to avoid the pain of heartbreak totally without anyone’s help ]
  2. HeartBreaks are a great source of strong emotion. I do not deny the fact that heartbreak is a very very strong negative emotion but it is possible to channelize the same to achieve greatness in life. No, I am not faking and neither am I joking. Science and History ( and how can we forget spirituality ) has numerous proofs and real life examples of people who had achieved their maximum potential during their heartbreak. So, if you’re going through a heartbreak and not utilizing its energy enough, trust me, buddy, you may be missing the chance to become the next ‘ Billionaire ‘. I know you still don’t believe me. Here are few names for your mental satisfaction: – Adele, Amy Winehouse, Edvard Munch, Joni Mitchell and many more.
Now you must be wondering how to convert a strong negative emotion into a positive fruitful emotion. Truthfully even if there’s a perfect recipe for this I never came across it. What I’ll share with you is a self-tried and tested method.
    A. If you ever had a breakup means you were extremely passionate and devoted to someone? False? Skip to point 3 below. True? Keep Reading…
    B. It is very unlikely for a Person who is passionate about someone not to be passionate about something ever in their life. Yes, call it your hobby or maybe even your job or your education. It can be anything as long as it makes your creative muscles work. Painting, Singing, Writing, Swimming, Dancing, Scientific Research, Mathematical Problem Solving, Programming ( a.k.a. Coding ) or whatever… And now the last step
    C. Whenever your mind starts to go down the memory lane to experience the pain once again – hold it right there. Don’t replace your thoughts but occupy your Brain and your hands with ‘ that one thing ‘ about which you are highly passionate. Now let the mind wander down the memory lane and vent out your emotions into your work. Churn and Repeat! Even if this doesn’t convert you into a billionaire, this will surely craft out the best version of you in future.
  3. Although my academic records will speak differently but trust me, I literally hate to read. Reading any kind of book is just not ‘Me’. Blame my childhood where I loved to cook, paint the house and even water the garden plants with my mother. Despite having so much hatred, reading is what I did when I had a Heart Break in my life. No, I am not talking about reading fictional stories like Harry Potter or Twilight Saga ( although I love the second one ). Neither I am asking you to solve mathematical problems from M.L. Khanna ( I feel your pain if you know who is he ).

    “READ REAL LIFE STORIES ”
Stories of people who made it big in your field or study. Story of Freedom Fighters. Story of Scientists or even Cricketers ( Books not movies ). I know you are not interested to know about what did I read when I was going through a heart break, so I won’t bore you sharing it. Just a small info, the book I read was about the struggle and success of women who made it big in life.

  4. If a relationship breakup is the reason behind your heartbreak, neither have the intention of ‘ Ek Tarfa Pyaar Ki Takat Hi Kuch Aur Hoti Hai ‘ ( one-sided lover – credits FILM :- Ae Dil Hai Mushkil ), nor listen to songs like ‘ Main Phir Bhi Tum Ko Chahunga ‘ ( credits Arjit Singh : – Half Girlfriend ). You are free to listen to breakup songs, well it is good to delve deep into your emotions at times. Plus, that’s the reason such song exists. But clinging on to an imaginary expectation is fatal. If you ask me ‘ then why does such song or movies exist ‘. Because a huge chuck of the entertainment industry is inspired by real life experiences so that more and more people can relate to such situations. In other words, many people actually commit the mistake of clinging onto the imaginary world. Never ever do that. If you really want to follow a trend, follow these words:-

    ” MOVE ON ”

And I will kill you if you think ‘ move on ‘ means go and move into another relationship as soon as possible, just to realise it to be another wrong decision ending up doing exactly what someone else did to you. Rather ‘ Move On ‘ towards reality, the bigger picture of life. Meet new people, socialise, make new friends. Decide, what you want to be remembered for in this world.

Well I can go on and on talking about it. But I want to cut it short before it starts to get boring. If you had loved what you read, press the Red-coloured bell placed on lower right corner of your screen. It will help you get notified whenever this site gets a new article based update. Bye!

When we are all out of our mind, no other ways are visible in our path, we remember the ultimate soul – The GOD…
We pray to him we worship him and hope him to take away all our pain…

” HOPE ” is what we actually need…

It may sound crazy and I am not among those who don’t believe in all these, but surely my instinct raises questions when I think about it..
We all have heard the very famous saying-” God helps those who help themselves” This ‘hope’ is the main reason for the existence of our life… ‘Hope’ is the pillar that gives us stand… When a person is ill, he hopes to get well soon… It cannot be denied that the stronger his hope, stronger is his will power to get cured, and faster is his recovery… When we are drenched out we look forward for someone to hold us and the hand that pulls us is “hope” When we help someone we play an important role in fulfilling their thirst and this is how everyone’s problems are solved…
Our brain in complex states needs to trust on someone or something… and when it does not come from things we see, we feel, we expect it from something we don’t know anything about- The God… we have never seen him nor we know where or what he is… It is all to give us ‘hope’ that gives us power to stand again and begin all a new,

‘The HOPE’ is ‘The GOD’

It resides within everybody… it is a source of energy ,a positive vibe radiating light that fills us with enthusiasm to restart our journey and do what we are meant to… If we help each other, we help ourselves in turn… This is the real identity of what we have known as “GOD”

The mind is a beautiful creation of Almighty… It works 24×7 research shows its importance for the existence of one’s breath… A person’s heart may stop beating but his brain alive alone can bring him back to living… Our thoughts are the elements that combine to form the ornaments of emotions in our lives… To keep these elements pure we need to work on our inner self… Everything good or bad is a reflection of the things we take in… our environment provides us with information… our mind processes it… and finally our behavior delivers it… our reactions give a stimulus to people surrounding us… when we think evil about someone, even if we don’t blurt it out, the negative vibes reach him, and he develops a repulsion… You may have noted this someway or the other… Our thoughts send vibes & these vibes work on other’s and modify their views towards us… So think positively no matter what, and things will turn your way if not today tomorrow… Believe in the purity of your soul…

What to do when the situation is not in my control? This is the common query of our new generation students. I have chosen this topic today because this is something for what I have myself suffered a lot in my life. And I believe that not only me but almost everyone in this world suffers a lot emotionally and mentally very much for this reason.

REAL LIFE EXAMPLE

As usual my way of explaining the matter is through examples and I will take a hypothetical case of a person who is around 20 years of age, similar to me. Now as we all can see in today’s world cardiac attack is something that has become too common in almost every age group. So I’m supposing that the person got a heart attack at 20 years of age. Now anyone in the position of this person will start feeling depressed about the misfortune which will depress his/her family and friends and will actually delay the process of healing.

GOD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE

Actually the basic thing I want to convey is the fact that no one continues to have a smooth journey all throughout their life. And getting frustrated and looking up and saying God that “why this has happened only with me? I have never done something wrong “, actually will never help. The best person who can help at such time of distress is the person within us. Empowering yourself rather than waiting for other people to empower us or rather than expecting that the situation will get better and then we will be happy is actually foolishness because by the time everything will settle down we would have already gone through a lot of pain.

WHAT IS IN OUR CONTROL?

Then what actually is in our hand? Situation is never in our control. You can’t expect even your dear and near ones to have a nice conversation with you every time. There will be incidents in life which will not be according to what we had expected. The only thing that is in our hand is our own state of being. We can’t see our reflection in moving water. Only when the water is stable we get to see our face and it acts as a mirror. Similarly, when we stop getting confused in life and try to get stable in every situation, we can view the situation from a better angle and just like the reflection of our face in stagnant water we will be able to see the solution to every problem of our life.
I hope this article has helped you to realise what is in our hand? situation or my own state?

I am right you are wrong” this is such a statement which we merely use in our life but we always try to prove it with our action. Even if we don’t show off, but deep inside our heart we believe that we are correct and everyone else is wrong. And as everyone starts thinking similarly in this manner, we are very much towards the way of creating a world where everyone will try to establish his/her fact without listening to the other person’s point of view.

REAL LIFE EXAMPLE

Wait a minute, does that means we should not fight for our rights? Then it means none of us are right? Surely not, the reality is everyone is right but from his/her own point of view. For example today most of the people buy a new dress not because it suits there taste but he/she will get appreciation from everyone else in the world. And suddenly after getting appreciation from 4 people if the fifth person says that “what kind of a dress are you wearing? It is so dull.” Then the very next moment if the person is too important in our life, we lose the enjoyment/happiness we were getting due to that beautiful dress or else if that person is not so important we will start criticising him/her. For example we will say like “he/she don’t have any sense of fashion” or like “he/she is jealous of me.” Both of the statement may be correct but reality is the dress is beautiful and will always be beautiful for you but it’s his/her point of view that it is not a good dress. That doesn’t means that it is not good. Both of us are correct. Similarly in any argument both the persons are always correct. But we don’t accept it and we don’t let it go until the final result of the argument is in our favour.

DO WE HAVE A SOLUTION?

Then what exactly we should do? Is it even possible to do something so ideal, where no one will fight with someone in this world? If I say that yes it is possible and many of us have been doing it also. Just take the case of any corporate meeting. May be a meeting of board of directors where everyone comes from a different background with a different idea and point of view to solve the problem. But no one tries to win over the other because it’s the basic essence of any Group Discussion/ meeting that we have to listen to everyone with patience and keep our point of view in front of them. And as a result the meeting ends with a nice conclusion and a better solution which most of the time none of them could have thought alone. Then if we can do it in our job then why can’t we do it in our personal life. Just because we get salary for it, it doesn’t make sense we won’t treat everyone equally. At the end of the day everyone live this life to be happy and if only incorporating these small values into our life can make us happy then why can’t we try? Success consists of going from failure to failure without losing enthusiasm – Winston Churchill. And success in relationship can create a beautiful life for sure. Hope from now onwards you won’t say “I am right and You are…

People’s Misbehaviour is unpredictable. Is there anyone out there who can guarantee us that our parent scold us because they enjoy scolding everyone or is there any parent who accepts that he/she doesn’t love his/her child and hence they scold them always? We all know deep inside our heart that what our parents do is for our good and every parent also is clear about one thing in mind that he/she wants to see a great future personality in their child. And they think that scolding will help them overcome their mistakes/problems. But once again we are trying to use the energy of negativity to create something positive.

Let’s for now leave the topic of parents. Let us think about any person. Why do people misbehave to anyone? Be it their own dear and near ones or be it with any person who has any kind of involvement in their life. We may have seen a lot of people around us who gets angry too quickly for no reason. But we never tried to sort out why the person does this always? We say that it’s there ego/attitude that has made them like that but in reality they are too disturbed inside. We love people who have got a nice personality and a nice behaviour but in originality the people who are always angry or disturbed are the people who are in need of love. They behave in that manner because unknowingly they want attention from everyone. As they don’t get loved they find it a good way to make people realise their importance.

Keeping our mind stable and instead of arguing, trying to love the person who made us angry is something that will need practice but whatever be it, we can’t deny the truth. Take a simple case of an alcoholic person, whatever he says we don’t mind him because we know he is out of his mind. Similarly look at every misbehaving person as an alcoholic person. Here the difference is only about the type of alcohol. There it was ethanol (ethyl + alcohol) and here is it depressanol (depression + alcohol). Just try for once today. Instead of getting into argument stay calm at that moment and when the person is back to normal love them as much as they deserve, I’m sure relationships will get better because I have personally tried it . Good thing comes only to those who deserve it.

I wish from now everyone will look at poeple’s misbehaviour with a different eye. PEACE.

Tolerance is considered as weakness these days.In today’s world if you don’t respond to the injustice or insult done to you with equal vigour then you are weak. And showing off in front of the world that I am weak is the biggest blunder we can commit.

Am I Weak?

But what is more important? Feeling strong or showing off that we are strong? Let’s start off with an example of mountains. As we all know mountains are huge and a storm can cause harm to a tree/house or people residing on the mountain but the mountain doesn’t move from its position at all neither does it starts fighting with the storm to prove that it is strong. Its stability is the greatest proof of its strength.

Tolerance is my Strength

I think everyone has already got my point that instead of getting angry upon someone’s rude behaviour stability is something that proves our actual strength. But how far is it practical in our day to day life? Before I go into this question I have a question for everyone. Did you ever have felt stronger after a long session of argument? Moreover the incident may occur only for 10 minutes but the recording of that event goes on and on in our mind creating negative thoughts and feelings for the person. And while doing this no one recognises the wastage of time and energy they go through. Everyone feels mentally depleted and most of us carry the anger inside us for hours/days/months or even for years.

Real Life Experiences

Just go back to any incident of your life which has caused you a lot of pain in past and think for a while… was there any other way we could have responded to that situation? May be the person was not correct from my point of view at that time but was it correct even from my side to hold that incident for so long for so many years? Let’s take it in the other way, whoever be it , if that person was not a well-wisher for me then for that person I am causing damage to my health by holding on to that clutter inside and viewing that same incident again and again and experiencing it every time. In a way that person has done his/her job because he wanted you to get disturbed and we have helped him in his work by holding onto that matter. A bit of conscious thinking can help us a lot. We are not causing any damage to that person who was there years ago but we are causing pain to ourselves every time. Realise and let that situation go from your mind. Tolerance is the greatest power one may achieve. If you don’t let go of the past you won’t get what you deserve in future. PEACE.

Inner Pain is something we cannot show to the outside world. The following article gives you a brief description of what we feel inside and how to solve it.

Psychological Aspect of Pain

Most of us must have heard the story of Lord Buddha where he asks a person to bring a handful of mustard seeds from a house where sadness has never entered. And the person realised after a while that this task is impossible. But the million dollar question is why everyone has some reason or the other for being sad? Is there no way to be happy forever? Today everyone claims that “he insulted me” or “why did she hurt me?” But is it correct for us to blame other people for the hurt we feel? Or there’s another way of looking at the situation?

Our Own Experience

Realise a very simple fact for a minute. Consider any previous experiences of your life and imagine for a second, if the same sentence/behaviour you would have got from a stranger then did you have felt the same pain that you went through? Absolutely not, then what actually is the element that differentiates a stranger from our beloved ones? A funny way to answer this would be strangers don’t spend time with us that’s why they are strangers. But actually the difference is the way we look at them. We give them the right to hurt us. So actually we are responsible for our pain no one else because if we wouldn’t have given them the right to hurt us they really can’t hurt us.

Definition of Love

Many people think that if we don’t give this much of importance to our dear and near one’s then we don’t love them or if they are doing this to us then they don’t love us anymore. But ask your heart just once….. How can giving pain or getting hurt can ever define LOVE? Hope the Reason behind your pain was clear after you read this article.
